About the Role 2XM Recruit is currently seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator for a long-term position with a respected organisation in the transportation industry, based in the Nothern Suburbs of Perth. You'll work closely with the Compliance and HQSE teams to manage audits, support ISO accreditations, and improve business systems—all while contributing to a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual audit schedule, including internal, supplier, and customer audits
- Lead and facilitate internal audits, reporting findings to senior stakeholders
- Prepare and present audit results and recommendations to HQSE management
- Assist in simplifying and improving compliance processes
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of ISO certifications and accreditations
- Monitor and interpret changes in legislation, standards, and compliance obligations
- Help align internal frameworks, policies, and procedures with strategic and legal requirements
- Support the company’s Health & Safety policies and quality assurance initiatives
- Conduct routine quality checks and contribute to system improvement
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a Compliance, Quality, or Audit-focused role
- Background in transport, engineering, or a related industry
- Solid understanding of WHS Regulations, relevant standards, and codes of practice
- Experience in conducting and leading internal audits
- Relevant qualifications in Risk, Compliance, Governance, or Business Systems
- Qualification in Health and Safety (desirable)
- Training in ICAM Investigations (desirable)
