Compliance Coordinator – Transportation Industry 📍 Perth-based | $90k – $100k + Super | Permanent Role ✅ Audit & ISO Focus | Career Stability | Supportive Environment About the Role 2XM Recruit is currently seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator for a long-term position with a respected organisation in the transportation industry, based in the Nothern Suburbs of Perth. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a key compliance position where they can drive quality and safety across a broad operational environment. You'll work closely with the Compliance and HQSE teams to manage audits, support ISO accreditations, and improve business systems—all while contributing to a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Support the annual audit schedule, including internal, supplier, and customer audits
Lead and facilitate internal audits, reporting findings to senior stakeholders
Prepare and present audit results and recommendations to HQSE management
Assist in simplifying and improving compliance processes
Contribute to the management and maintenance of ISO certifications and accreditations
Monitor and interpret changes in legislation, standards, and compliance obligations
Help align internal frameworks, policies, and procedures with strategic and legal requirements
Support the company’s Health & Safety policies and quality assurance initiatives
Conduct routine quality checks and contribute to system improvement
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in a Compliance, Quality, or Audit-focused role
Background in transport, engineering, or a related industry
Solid understanding of WHS Regulations, relevant standards, and codes of practice
Experience in conducting and leading internal audits
Relevant qualifications in Risk, Compliance, Governance, or Business Systems
Qualification in Health and Safety (desirable)
Training in ICAM Investigations (desirable)
