We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specialising in forklifts, EWPs (Elevated Work Platforms), and boom lifts. Whether your background is stronger in equipment rentals or capital sales, this role is flexible and will be tailored to your strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on either rental growth or equipment sales, depending on your experience and career goals
- Promote tailored solutions for forklifts, EWPs, and boom lift requirements
- Conduct site visits and appraisals to recommend rental or purchase options
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining key client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly targets aligned with strategic business goals
- Maintain your sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
- Experience in either equipment hire, sales, particularly in forklifts, access gear, or material handling.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar (CAT) or similar leading brands is highly desirable
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development
- Strong understanding of business needs, with a customer-focused approach to selling solutions that genuinely fit the client’s operation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage your own territory and targets
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Enjoy a 9-day fortnight or a monthly RDO, giving you more time for what matters most
