2XM Recruit are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration Assistant with strong data entry experience to join our clients team.
This role will involve key administrative responsibilities to support our operations, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: Kewdale
Salary: $30 - $40 PH

This role will involve key administrative responsibilities to support our operations, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering timesheets accurately and on time
- General data entry tasks
- Liaising with internal customers to ensure smooth workflow and timely responses
- Maintaining and organizing data in Excel
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems
- Proficient in Excel (essential)
- Experience using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle (preferred)
- Able to pass a Cat 3 Medical, Lab DAS, and obtain a Police Clearance
- Strong communication skills and confident when liaising with internal stakeholders
