Senior Consultant – Mechanical & Electrical (Test and Commissioning)
Location: Initial: FIFO to North QLD (14/7 roster) Flexible with where you are based: ( East/South Coast preferred, based on project/client needs) Role: Permanent position
Salary: Negotiable upon experience
Role Overview
Deliver consulting services aligned with engineering, testing & commissioning (T&C), and project management
Lead or support delivery teams to achieve safety, quality, and performance outcomes
Foster client relationships and support business development
Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects in line with client expectations and defined scope
Apply technical expertise in engineering, T&C, Project Management and integration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Client Engagement & Business Development
Support and develop in managing clients and supplier relationships .
Assist in tenders, proposals, and bid development
Create solutions on projects and resolve any issues.
Take ownership of projects or work packages, including identifying risks, planning approach, and managing resources and budgets
Contribute to strong contractual and financial outcomes across client engagements
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Engage professionally with clients and suppliers to support service delivery
Assist in resolving project issues or conflicts to meet both client and company needs
Contribute to bids and tenders by providing input and preparing relevant documentation within your area of expertise
Experience & About you
8–15+ years in relevant sectors/projects (e.g Power, Renewables, Hydro, Civil Infrastructure)
Strong hands-on contractor-side T&C experience
T&C planning experience.
Able to work independently and represent the company on-site
