Experience & Traits Required:
- Trade Certificate: LV, HV, Diesel, or Fitting/Turning.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a road service or mechanical setting is highly valued.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues in a field service environment.
- Experience: Previous work in road service, mobile repairs, and managing service teams in industries like vehicles, trucks, engines, or plant equipment.
- Interest in Mechanics: Candidates with a genuine interest in cars, machinery, or similar are preferred, as this leads to a greater passion for service quality and customer satisfaction.
