If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy troubleshooting mechanical issues on-site, and are committed to delivering top-notch service, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Role Overview:
As the Road Service Supervisor, you will oversee a talented team of technicians, coordinate road service activities, and ensure that all service deliveries meet our high standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is your chance to make a significant impact and be part of a supportive team that values quality and service excellence.

Experience & Traits Required:

  • Trade Certificate: LV, HV, Diesel, or Fitting/Turning.

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a road service or mechanical setting is highly valued.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues in a field service environment.

  • Experience: Previous work in road service, mobile repairs, and managing service teams in industries like vehicles, trucks, engines, or plant equipment.

  • Interest in Mechanics: Candidates with a genuine interest in cars, machinery, or similar are preferred, as this leads to a greater passion for service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Honesty and Transparency: We value candidates who are self-aware and honest about their strengths and areas for growth.

  • Cultural Fit: It’s crucial that candidates work well with our existing team. We value a positive, collaborative team culture and are looking for someone who will contribute to this dynamic.

  • Long-Term Growth: We provide substantial opportunities for professional growth. Many of our current senior staff, including our NSW State Manager, started as technicians and progressed through the ranks.

Job Details:

  • Flexible Work Schedule: Working days Monday - Friday, 9-day fortnight.

  • Annual Leave: Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave as standard.

  • Incentive Programme: Access to employee incentives offering discounts at various stores, cinemas, activities, and more.

  • Training and Development: We offer ongoing in-house training to help you develop leadership and technical skills.

  • Career Progression: Opportunities for internal advancement into senior management or other roles depending on your goals.

  • Supervision Role: Oversee daily road service activities, ensure technicians are equipped and prepared for calls, and maintain a high level of service quality.
