Salary: Up to $130,000 plus Super
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all upgrade and maintenance activities for rail resurfacing equipment.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all upgrade and maintenance activities for rail resurfacing equipment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed schedules for planned maintenance and upgrades on rail resurfacing equipment.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to prioritisze upgrade projects based on operational demands and equipment lifecycle needs.
- Regularly review and adjust project timelines to accommodate shifting priorities or unexpected challenges.
- Develop and issue work packages, ensuring that all necessary resources, materials, and personnel are effectively allocated.
- Monitor project progress, report on developments, and proactively address risks to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate upgrades into ongoing operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all upgrade and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or project coordination, preferably in the rail, infrastructure, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and planning tools.
- Current valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
