Role: Change Manager (Rail)
Location: North Sydney/Blacktown
Job type: 9 month contract
Are you an experienced Change Manager looking for your next challenge in the rail sector? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and implement change management strategies that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and maximise business outcomes.
About the Role:
As a Change Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting project teams and frontline managers to ensure smooth transitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading change management activities using structured methodologies
• Assessing change impact and identifying risk mitigation strategies
• Supporting communication, training, and engagement efforts
• Managing stakeholders and ensuring user readiness
• Tracking progress and measuring success
About You:
• Strong change management experience
• Strong background in process mapping and change analysis
• Experience delivering change projects in complex environments (Rail/heavy industry industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
