Business Development Manager –CAT Forklift Sales

Location:
Richlands
Salary:
$70000-$75000
Working hours:
Monday - Friday ( with every other Friday off)

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Utilise existing networks and create new connections to drive growth.
  • Conduct in-depth site appraisals to uncover opportunities for value addition.
  • Achieve order targets while managing and nurturing both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Represent the company professionally, delivering material handling solutions across a variety of industries.
About You:
  • Experience in CAT equipment sales is highly regarded.
  • Background in external B2B sales preferred.
  • Proven track record as a lead generator who proactively seeks opportunities.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong closing ability.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-developed negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Highly motivated with excellent commercial acumen.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in IT, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Must have:

  • Full working rights in Australia and avaiable to attend interview in person.
