Position: Recruitment Officer
Location: Rozelle, NSW with relocation to Sydney Olympic Park in 2024

As a Recruitment Officer with the NSW Government, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying top talent: Use your expertise to identify, engage, and assess potential candidates who align with the NSW Government's values and objectives.
  • Building strong relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Candidate experience: Champion a positive candidate experience by providing excellent communication, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Data-driven decisions: Utilise data and analytics to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for people and talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
