Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of commercial and government construction, fitout, and maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals and subcontractors, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/projects role within commercial and government construction, fitout, or maintenance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively in complex project environments.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
