2XM Recruit are a leading Trades & Engineering recruitment company and our client is a leading manufacturing facility and are part of one of Perth’s most exciting 2025 projects. We have a great opportunity for a large pool of Production Operators that will work across 3 levels based on tickets and experience to join our team and form part of the wider Production workforce when the project kicks off in March

We are seeking Production Operators with previous concrete experience (specifically concrete patching, finishing and QA) and Gantry Crane Operators with Dogging/Rigging tickets. We are offering excellent earning capacity across an 8-month project. Earning capacity will grow as we move the project across a rotation of Day and Night shift.
Pay Rates:
12-hour days Monday - Friday
$35-40 per hour plus Superannuation – pay bracket based on levels of experience
+ Time Half and Double Penalties
+ Night shift loading

Key Responsibilities:
  • This is a Site based role, East of the river at a new facility specifically designed to deliver major manufacturing for Perth based Government Project
  • Work across a "fully automated batch plant" that is being imported and installed specifically for this project.
  • Manufacturing tunnel segments from precast concrete
  • Process operators will be working with fully automated manufacturing line
  • Demoulding, collecting and palletising completed segments
  • Cleaning the moulds and prepare for next batch of concrete
Qualifications and Experience:
  • White Card essential
  • Rigging/Dogging/Forklift/EWP Tickets desirable
  • Gantry Crane experience desirable
  • Previous experience in concrete/pre-cast/manufacturing environment highly regarded. Specifically concrete patching, finishing and QA
  • Ability to risk assess and hold a high regard for safety
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and hard-working
