The Mobile Technician is responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance services on industrial cleaning equipment. These tasks include breakdowns, planned maintenance, repairs and service to our client's fleet.
Responsibilities:
Service, maintain, and repair floor care equipment, including battery electric, LPG, and diesel-powered units.
Work on both rental fleet equipment and customer-owned units.
Provide mobile service to customer locations for on-site repairs and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
Repair and replace faulty components as necessary.
About You:
Previous experience working on mechanical components of vehicles, small engines, large cleaning equipment or gardening equipment advantageous.
Must be mechanically minded.
Must have a willingness to learn and proven experience working independentl
Current Trade Certificate in Heavy Vehicles, Forklift Mechanic, Plant, Motor Mechanic (Light), Automotive Electrical (or equivalent) desirable.
Previous experience within a customer facing role desirable.
