Permanent Position
Gold Coast OR Brisbane
We’re looking to hire an Internal Sales Specialist to present and promote our products and services to both existing and potential clients. If you’re passionate about sales and have experience with water tanks or water storage products, we’d love to hear from you! We’re open to candidates with around 2 years of experience, as well as more senior candidates with over 5 years of experience. The salary will depend on your level of experience, ranging from $80,000 + Super to $140,000 + Super.

Drive sales success:
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assess project specifications and define the scope of work with clients and the operations manager.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals, ensuring thorough review for projects Work with drafters, engineers, and other experts to ensure compliant, practical designs.
- Collaborate with the contracts & compliance team to finalize terms.
- Provide sales backup to the team members when required.
- Maintain bid information on database and ensure the information accurately reflects the opportunity status.
- Understand client needs, discuss alternative designs, and actively promote our offerings.
- Coordinate meetings and communications, ensuring timely and effective information sharing.
- Support project managers through the project lifecycle, from inception to hand-over.
- Continually seek and identify new/alternative business opportunities or initiatives that may affect the overall competitiveness, profitability and growth of the business
- Experience in the water tanks or water storage or supply industry.
- Min 2 - 5+ years in internal sales or customer service in commercial projects or environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and ERP systems such as SAP or Pronto.
- Qualifications in construction or contract administration.
- Background in mining or large-scale industry and infrastructure projects.
