About the Role:
The role is working for a leading company in industrial technology and transportation solutions. As the EHS Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining best-practice health, safety, and environmental management systems.
You will work closely with production teams, leadership, and stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive safety culture by engaging with all levels of the business.
  • Collaborate with production teams and leadership to identify and resolve EHS issues.
  • Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and audits to ensure compliance.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate EHS performance, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions to employees.
  • Support change management processes and document control related to EHS.
  • Ensure all employees have access to and use the correct PPE.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Safety, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • ISO 45001 Certification / Lead Auditor Accreditation.
  • Industry experience in Mining, Manufacturing, or a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing EHS programs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience conducting audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
