With a diverse background spanning digital transformation, investment and technology, Audrey brings over four years of experience to 2XM Group. Ben brings over 20 years of experience in IT recruitment to his role as Director at 2XM Recruit, where he leads with a focus on Business Intelligence, Data, and Infrastructure. Leading SustainRecruit since 2015, Ben has played a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies that prioritise long-term partnerships and deep market understanding. Entrepreneurial by nature, Ben has been instrumental in launching and scaling several recruitment ventures, including Lotus People, SustainDigital, and SustainHealth. Known for his hands-on approach and client-first mindset, he continues to drive growth and innovation at 2XM Recruit while maintaining the human-centred values that underpin lasting industry relationships.
