All Rounder Storepersons Required! 
Company Overview:
Our Valued Rail services client is one of the largest integrated and diversified suppliers of railroad and transit system products and services in Australia.
A full time opportunity exists for a proven LF operator (ideally with LO) all-rounder warehouse experience to join their team (Mon – Fri Day shifts basis) based in Thornton, NSW, Australia. 

Role Tasks & Duties:
The role includes but not limited to:

• Working in a fast-paced environment & undertaking inbound, outbound (small item / scale shuttle – large item scale picking / packing & put away) of orders.
• Operating LO Auto Pick (if licensed), LF Forklift (of varying in tonne) machinery as & when required in a safe timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, participating in stocktakes / rotating stock, stock consolidations & cycle counting.
• Provide feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor and or Manager regarding issues in the warehouse.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are met.

Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:

• Hold active HRW LF Forklift License / VNA License. (1000 hours of LO / VNA practical experience desirable)
• Proven minimum of 2 years previous commercial scale fast paced warehouse operative experience essential.
• Full understanding of a commercial scale warehouse procedures & system (SAP & or MRP system exp preferable).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills plus possess ability to work both individually & as part of a team.
• Needs to ensure OH&S safety procedures & process are always maintained to the highest standards at all times.

It’s essential that the successful applicant must be able to operate to complete all job tasks ask of her / him in an efficient logical timely manner to ensure the production orders of a busy commercial warehouse are matched.

Additional Requirements:

• Passing a pre-employment medical with D&A testing.
• Police check required.
• Proof of fulltime Australian Working Rights.
• The business is subject to the public health order requirements which are released of changed from time to time.
