Service Sales Specialist

2XM Recruit are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to join a global leader in electrification and industrial technology. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in technical sales support, electrical products or high-volume quoting who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function by preparing accurate technical and commercial quotations for electrical products and solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and manufacturing teams, you’ll help deliver competitive proposals that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue approximately 15–20 technical and commercial quotations per day.
- Liaise with manufacturing teams to obtain accurate technical specifications, costs and pricing.
- Review customer requirements and prepare tailored, competitive proposals.
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure accurate costing and timely quote delivery.
- Analyse unsuccessful quotations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records while managing a high volume of enquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in technical quoting, internal sales, estimating or sales support.
- Exposure to low-voltage (LV) or medium-voltage (MV) switchgear, electrical distribution products or similar technologies
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
