Service Logistics Coordinator
Type of role: 12 Month Contract (potential to go permanent)
Casual rate: $38-45.00p/h
Location: Moorebank, NSW
Hours: 7.00am-3.00pm

About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Coordinator to support purchasing and supply chain activities across the business. This is a junior-friendly role with training available.
What you’ll do
- Support purchasing and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Work with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and reliability
- Assist with sourcing activities and supplier coordination
- Track orders, shipments, and inventory using internal systems (e.g. ERP/SAP)
- Help resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support service and operational needs
What we’re looking for
- Background or interest in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, not essential)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
