Service Logistics Coordinator
Type of role:
12 Month Contract (potential to go permanent)
Casual rate: $38-45.00p/h 
Location: Moorebank, NSW 
Hours: 7.00am-3.00pm

About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Coordinator to support purchasing and supply chain activities across the business. This is a junior-friendly role with training available. 

What you’ll do

  • Support purchasing and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Work with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and reliability
  • Assist with sourcing activities and supplier coordination
  • Track orders, shipments, and inventory using internal systems (e.g. ERP/SAP)
  • Help resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support service and operational needs

What we’re looking for

  • Background or interest in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, not essential)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
