Our Metro Blue-Collar team consists of 6 experienced Consultants with a combined tenure of over 25 years at 2XM Recruit, our Perth CBD office also includes our White-Collar and Mining team with a total head count of 18. We operate as a close-knit team and pride ourselves on culture, integrity and collaboration. We are now on the lookout for our next superstar to join the team in a 360 capacity.
The role:
- Business Development – Build and action a sales plan / strategy and, develop value-based relationships with both new and known clients & prospects
- Lead Generation – Generate leads and opportunities as a true specialist
- Candidate Pooling – Consistent management of candidate information in our database – Bullhorn, an industry leading platform
- Recruitment Specialist – develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for specific roles you recruit
- Screen & interview candidates – Conduct thorough phone / face to face interviews to ensure you’re only sending the very best candidates forward to your clients!
Requirements:
- 360 Recruitment experience ideally within a blue-collar vertical
- Confident – able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person
- Keen to commit to a specific vertical within the blue-collar industry and become a true specialist
- Be able to commit to 4 days in our CBD office with 1 WFH day per week
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and previous recruitment CRM experience (Bullhorn experience is highly advantageous)
