About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our White Collar Recruitment team in the Perth CBD.
This role will see you come in and LEARN the recruitment process, how to find exceptional talent and, ensuring you’re presenting only the best profiles to our clients, in Mining, Resources, Rail and Engineering/Manufacturing.
You will go through a structured, 13 week onboarding programme and you will be working hand in hand with our Director of White Collar Recruitment, working closely with them to learn and develop your recruitment skills.
Having operated in the WA market for over 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a great story to tell.
The role will ultimately suit someone that enjoys being on the phone, talking to people, asking lots of questions and being infinitely inquisitive!
What does a typical 2XM day look like?
- Candidate Sourcing – Use our industry leading database and, external databases to source excellent / best in class talent.
- Lead Generation – Generate leads without reading the yellow pages back to back!
- Sales & Business Development – Learn how to generate warm client leads and opportunities leveraging existing contacts and networks.
- Candidate Pooling – Consistent management of candidate information in our database – Bullhorn, an industry leading platform!
- Screen & interview candidates – Conduct thorough phone / face to face interviews to ensure you’re only sending the very best candidates forward to your clients!
- Advertising & Marketing – Master the art of writing the perfect job advert!
- Manage candidate feedback and relationships – Including counter offers and objection handling!
Requirements
- Ideally, previous experience within a customer service, sales, account manager or recruitment role.
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed.
- Tenacious – get knocked down, get back up!
- Confident – able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person.
- Keen to commit and hold yourself to a high standard.
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
