Receptionist / Administrator

Our client, a well-established manufacturer servicing the mining and agricultural industries, is seeking a motivated Administrator / Receptionist to join their friendly and supportive team.
Based in an office attached to their busy workshop and stores, this is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers while providing essential support to both office and workshop teams.
About the Role

  • Welcoming customers face-to-face
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Supporting day-to-day office and workshop administration
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks
  • Scanning, filing, and maintaining organised records
  • Responding to customer queries efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service
  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
