Our client, a well-established manufacturer servicing the mining and agricultural industries, is seeking a motivated Administrator / Receptionist to join their friendly and supportive team.
Based in an office attached to their busy workshop and stores, this is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers while providing essential support to both office and workshop teams.
About the Role
- Welcoming customers face-to-face
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Supporting day-to-day office and workshop administration
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining organised records
- Responding to customer queries efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Confidence dealing with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
