Location: Canning Vale, WA
Hourly Rate: $45 – $53 p/h 
Contract Role: 3 months

Are you an experienced Administrator with the ability to work within a team / project delivery environment? Do you have material and people planning experience? If so, I’m looking for a proactive individual that can work closely with the planning team, covering planning administration tasks and material coordination requirements with excellent Excel and ERP skills. 

The Role
This position will see you working as part of a project delivery team, based in Canning Vale, accountable to a team that carries out maintenance on a range of different power infrastructure around the state. 

The role will see you working directly for the Panning Manager, accountable for supporting with day to day people and material planning tasks. Data accuracy is critical and, the ability to use your initiative to avoid delays on item / material delivery is key. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning administrative support to the planning/project team.
  • Accurately and consistently complete “smart forms” to ensure job data is logged clearly and correctly. 
  • Coordinate all administrative requirements of the team.
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate required parts / materials being delivered on time. 
  • Use ERP System (SAP) to update all work orders and ensure progress if correctly logged. 
  • Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Intermediate to advanced skills required. 
  • ERP Systems experience – SAP preferred (not essential).
  • Strong communication skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis. 
  • Flexible & Accommodating – things move quickly, there are competing priorities so, the role will suit someone that can adjust and flex to the needs of the team and project. 
  • Ideally, you will have material / project coordination or planning experience in a role that has seen you manage the requirements of multiple site locations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
