What does a typical 2XM day look like?
- Lead the NSW office and build on our success across the trades & engineering sectors
- Manage and set team up for success across blue and white collar whilst leading from the front yourself
- Manage and deliver results to budget and work within the leadership team, adding value and strategic ideas to continue to improve our business
- Identify labour requirements, projects, and emerging opportunities before they reach the broader market
- Maintain commercial discipline around pricing, margins, candidate quality, and client performance
- Deliver and grow an existing 360 desk – blue or white collar, whilst leading the team
- Build and action a sales plan / strategy and, develop value-based relationships with both new and known clients & prospects
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for specific roles you recruit
Having operated in the NSW market for 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a great story to tell. The role will form part of our National leadership team and involve collaboration with other state leaders. The role will ultimately suit someone that enjoys the opportunity to develop team members, set high standards and lead from the front across recruitment and client growth.
Requirements
- Recruitment leadership at some level with ambition and desire to succeed – Essential
- Client networks and experience recruiting within a relevant sector aligned to the 2XM brand – Essential
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility to lead by example and to empower the team
- Ability to lead, manage and build strong rapport
- Entrepreneurial spirit with service and delivery at the front of your approach
- Strong business development skills and a confident networker
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and previous recruitment CRM experience

- You will have direct access to senior management, the support of an established recruitment and payroll platform, an existing candidate base, and the backing required to pursue substantial commercial opportunities
