About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Mobilisation Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience, to join our EPC client in a temporary role as they enter a very busy period.


The successful applicant must be highly organised but able to operate in an environment that often brings moving parts and plenty of challenges. This is due mainly to having multiple sites and Managers who require the service of the administration team, and who often make changes mid process.

The client
Our EPC client are based South of teh River and delivers engineering maintenance, construction solutions to the resources sector with major partners FMG, Rio Tinto, and BHP.

The Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to support projects on site, driving all data and system management within the workforce management software Pegasus, for tasks included but not limited to;  
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and site access for FIFO personnel
  • Ensuring all mobilisation documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Liaise with recruitment and site teams to align mobilisation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee movements and site rosters.
  • Verify certifications, medicals, and inductions are up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with company and site-specific mobilisation procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees, site managers, and HR.
  • Resolve issues related to travel, documentation, or scheduling.

The Candidate
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the software Pegasus as well as proficiency across MS Office
  • ERMS, SAP – Advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules, bookings, and documentation efficiently
  • Ensuring accuracy in travel arrangements, compliance checks, and data entry.
  • Clear and professional communication with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Prioritising tasks and meeting tight mobilisation deadlines.
  • Ability to resolve travel issues, documentation errors, or scheduling conflicts quickly.
  • Understanding of mining safety standards, site-specific requirements, and regulatory documentation
  • Adaptability TO RESPOND to changing schedules, urgent requests, and operational needs.
