2XM Recruit is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers for a major project based in Kalgoorlie, working on a 3:1 FIFO roster.

Position Details
  • Start Date: Within the next 2 weeks
  • Location: Lynas Rare Earths, Kalgoorlie
  • Roster: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
  • Hours:
    • On-site: Approx. 11.5 hours/day (project work)
    • Workshop: Approx. 10 hours/day
    • Note: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • Pay Rate: From $65 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • Allowances: $50 daily meal allowance for each full day worked
  • Accommodation: Provided in shared housing with private bedroom and bathroom; shared kitchen and laundry facilities (2 washing machines & dryers)
Scope of Work
  • Project work and maintenance at Lynas Rare Earths
  • Mechanical fitting and boilermaking tasks in both workshop and field environments
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • White Card
  • Working at Heights (current)
  • Confined Space certification (current)
  • Current and valid Driver’s Licence (HR & MR Preferred)
  • Any other tickets you may have
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
  • Minimum of 2 work-related references
