HSEQT Superintendent – FIFO
Our client, a well-established and growing mining equipment and services provider, is seeking an experienced HSEQT Superintendent to join their leadership team. Supporting major mining clients across Western Australia, this is a key role focused on driving safety performance across workshop and field service operations.

About the Company
Our client is a recognised leader in the supply, maintenance, and support of heavy mining equipment. With operations spanning Perth-based workshops and remote mine sites, they are known for delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HSEQT strategy across workshop and site-based operations
- Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across all levels of the business
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and client safety requirements
- Conduct audits, site inspections, and risk assessments
- Manage incident investigations (ICAM preferred) and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training and competency programs
- Partner closely with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on HSEQT performance and KPIs
About You
- 10 years experience in a senior HSEQT role within mining, heavy equipment, or mining services
- Strong knowledge of WA safety legislation and mining environments
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- ICAM (or similar) investigation training
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environmental or related discipline
