HSEQT Superintendent – FIFO

Our client, a well-established and growing mining equipment and services provider, is seeking an experienced HSEQT Superintendent to join their leadership team. Supporting major mining clients across Western Australia, this is a key role focused on driving safety performance across workshop and field service operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HSE professional looking to step into a strategic leadership position within a high-performing and safety-focused organisation.

About the Company

Our client is a recognised leader in the supply, maintenance, and support of heavy mining equipment. With operations spanning Perth-based workshops and remote mine sites, they are known for delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HSEQT strategy across workshop and site-based operations
  • Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across all levels of the business
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and client safety requirements
  • Conduct audits, site inspections, and risk assessments
  • Manage incident investigations (ICAM preferred) and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver training and competency programs
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on HSEQT performance and KPIs

 
About You

  • 10 years experience in a senior HSEQT role within mining, heavy equipment, or mining services
  • Strong knowledge of WA safety legislation and mining environments
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ICAM (or similar) investigation training
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environmental or related discipline
