HSE Advisor – FIFO
2XM Recruit have various contract HSE Advisor positions available! 3 months to 12 months contracts available across WA.
We are currently seeking motivated and proactive HSE Advisor’s who hold extensive experience within mining, rail and construction. We have a variety of different rosters on offer.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on all Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Training matters
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company procedures
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate toolbox talks, training sessions, and safety initiatives
- Maintain accurate HSEQT records and reporting systems
- Support continuous improvement of HSEQT systems and processes
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSEQT role within the mining, rail or construction industries
- Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in health and safety related discipline
- ICAM or similar investigation training (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to influence positive safety behaviours
- Current driver’s licence
