About the Role
2XM Recruit are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join our team working across both Mining Infrastructure Maintenance and Residential Property Refurbishment.
This is a FIFO position offering a consistent days-only roster, excellent team culture, and the opportunity to gain exposure across both mining and domestic electrical environments.
Key Responsibilities Mining Infrastructure Maintenance
- Installation of power, data, and air conditioning systems
- Steel conduit, cable tray, and underground mains work
- Switchboard and data rack fit-outs
- Electrical commissioning, including ITPs and ITRs
- Autonomous control and GNSS upgrade projects
- Performing isolations in line with site procedures
Housing / Property Maintenance
- Electrical rough-in for kitchen, laundry, and bathroom refurbishments
- Replacement and relocation of fixtures throughout properties
- Wiring of newly installed air conditioning systems
- Fault finding, testing, and commissioning
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards.
- Safe electrical isolations in line with regulations
About You
- WA Electrical License (Essential)
- White Card
- Valid WA Driver’s License
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Highly Regarded
- Split System Air Conditioning Ticket
- Current LVR/CPR
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Open Cablers License (Structured Cabling COAX)
- EWP / Working at Heights
- HR Driver’s License
- FIFO experience
What We Offer
- Flat rate of $70/hr
- Consistent 2:1 or 2:2 roster (days only – no night shift)
