Location: Pilbara, WA
Hourly Rate: $80 – $83 p/h Super Penalties
Contract Duration: Initial 3 month contract (potential to extend to 12 months)
Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
Working Hours: 12 hour days

About the Role
This is a pivotal supervisory role supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure upgrade project in the Pilbara. Starting in late June, the position is initially for 3 months, but with a high likelihood it will run for 12 months based on project scope. You will step into an essential leadership capacity to oversee site safety, electrical compliance, and workforce coordination, ensuring all activities meet strict design, quality, and statutory requirements.

This is a contract position with excellent ongoing prospects, working for a business that has been a key delivery partner on major infrastructure projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the appointed Section 26 Electrical Supervisor, ensuring all electrical work complies with WA regulations and client standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate on-site electrical installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring tasks are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Partner with project managers and client stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery and resolve site issues efficiently.
  • Manage daily resourcing, pre-starts, progress tracking, and timesheet approvals.
  • Implement, promote, and enforce rigorous HSE standards across the site at all times.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong understanding of WA Electrical Requirements.
  • S26 Statutory Supervisor license
  • Proven track record as an Electrical Supervisor within resources / infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on safety culture and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with client representatives and project teams.
  • Current WA Electrical License and relevant site tickets.
  • Ability to mobilize and start in late June.
