Summary
We are partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy with decades of experience delivering infrastructure projects across water, transport and built environment sectors. The business operates nationally and is known for its collaborative culture, technical capability and long-term client relationships.
Due to continued growth in the water sector, they are seeking a Civil Designer / Civil 3D Modeller to join their Sydney team. This role will support the delivery of critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects and offers strong technical exposure and long-term career development.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Civil 3D models and design documentation for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Design and model pipelines, pump stations, water treatment plants and other associated civil works
- Prepare drawings, plans and technical documentation in accordance with Australian standards
- Coordinate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and constructible designs
- Assist with design reviews, revisions and project documentation throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Demonstrated experience using Autodesk Civil 3D
- Experience working on water infrastructure projects, ideally pipelines, pump stations or treatment facilities
- Strong understanding of civil design principles and drafting standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical requirements
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil Design or similar
