Aged Care Manager – Residential Facility
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Aged Care Manager to lead the full operations of a well-established residential aged care facility in Subiaco. This role is ideal for a capable, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and managing a high-performing team.
Working with a reputable and supportive aged care organisation, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring exceptional resident care, compliance, and operational excellence.
About the Role
As the Aged Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the facility, including:
- Full operational and clinical oversight of the residence
- Leadership, mentoring, and performance management of staff
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and resident-focused environment
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement and best-practice care outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in managing an aged care facility or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation, and compliance
- Excellent people leadership and communication skills
- A resident-first approach with a commitment to quality care
- Strong organisational, financial, and problem-solving capabilities
