Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Officers (Temporary Contracts)
We are currently seeking two experienced Accounts Officers to support a busy organisation based in Applecross.
Accounts Payable Officer
- 2-month temporary contract
- ASAP start
- 3 days per week
- Processing invoices and payments
- Supplier reconciliations
- Managing AP queries and maintaining accurate records
Accounts Receivable Officer
- 2-month temporary contract
- ASAP start
- Full-time hours
- Raising invoices and processing receipts
- Account reconciliations
- Following up outstanding payments and managing customer accounts
To be successful, you will have previous experience in either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to hit the ground running.
