2XM Recruit are currently looking for Yard Hands & Storepeople for multiple opportunities around Perth. These positions will suit Candidates with a proven background in a yard or warehouse environment who are happy to assist in the workshop when needed. 

Basic duties:

• Operation of forklift – ‘Ugly freight’ experience is advantageous but not essential
• Locating, picking & packing products from order slip
• Manual labouring/ machine operation 
• Loading/ unloading trucks
• Basic workshop work including use of power/ hand tools 
• Inspection of products for correct quantity and quality
• Yard work & general housekeeping duties as required

Desired skills and experience:

• Recent working history within a yard, stores or workshop environment 
• Experience within the Manufacturing, Warehousing, Construction or Transport industry 
• Forklift licence and experience operating
• The ability to work autonomously or in a team
• A commitment to safety and adhering to OHS protocols
