The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate SHEQ Coordinator to help drive our clients committment to maintaining and providing a safe workplace aswell as driving quality initiatives in their workshop.

We’re looking for a passionate SHEQ Coordinator to help drive our clients committment to maintaining and providing a safe workplace aswell as driving quality initiatives in their workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the continual improvement of safety compliance and procedures
- Lead and participate in Safety Committee actions and initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments, manage hazard controls, and ensure workplace safety standards are met
- Oversee the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
- Ensure the timely completion of workplace inspections and corrective actions across all sites
- Assist in maintaining SHEQ registers, training records, and safety management systems
- Support ISO45001 audits and emergency response planning
- Prepare SHEQ reports and contribute to corporate sustainability reporting
- Proven experience in WHS and safety management
- Strong knowledge of WorkSafe and WHS legislation
- Experience in safety reporting, policy writing, and data analysis
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Training and Assessing (desirable)
- ICAM Lead Investigator certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software (a plus)
