2XM Recruit are actively seeking a Service Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis in Greater Western Sydney.

Role: Service Coordinator
Location: Greater Western Sydney
Job type: Permanent, full time
Salary: $75,000 plus Super
 
Responsibilities:

• Cultivating strong relationships with existing customers by proactively communicating updates on their job orders and status
• Coordinating service appointments for skilled Service Technicians, ensuring prompt and efficient maintenance of vehicles and equipment
• Taking ownership of follow-ups with workshop and service technicians, ensuring seamless daily operations
• Assessing customers needs and communicating with internal and external stakeholders throughout process

 
Experience needed:

• Experience in a similar customer focused role
• High attention to detail with strong admin skills
• Strong communication skills dealing with different stakeholders
• Experience in equipment, rental or automotive industry (or similar)
• Experience with Baseplan or similar hire software
