Role Overview: Efficiently manage a state-wide capital construction program, ensuring timely project delivery. Assist in the successful completion of residential house refurbishments and oversee the implementation of heating and cooling projects, including air conditioning and solar installations, throughout NSW's regional and rural communities.
Requirements:
Experience in client-side construction project management.
Proficiency in program management and capital expenditure delivery.
Strong budgeting and reporting skills.
Valid driver's license (Class C) and willingness to travel to remote locations on short notice.
Possession of a NSW White Card and completion of a First Aid Course are mandatory.
Current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
Successful candidate must be able to pass National Police Check
