Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Leadership: Promote a Safety-First culture across the business and customer relationships.
- Operational Management: Oversee P&L, ensure smooth execution of Temporary Work Proposals, and lead end-to-end solutions.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with Category Managers to maximise revenue and identify service add-on opportunities.
- Sales & Market Insights: Work with sales teams to drive growth, monitor market trends, and enhance our services.
- Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and tools to succeed.
- Logistics & Compliance: Manage transport operations and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Proven leadership experience in the hire or construction industry, with a focus on temporary works solutions.
- Strong P&L management experience.
- Business development experience (advantageous).
- Ability to drive strategic growth and foster a high-performance culture.
