Quality Advisor – PPAP Process
Location: Rydalmere
Employment Type: Contract (3-6 months)
We’re looking for a Quality Advisor to take the lead in managing and improving the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). In this role, you’ll work closely with different teams, making sure processes are followed correctly, approvals are completed on time, and any roadblocks are removed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for managing the PPAP Process.
- Oversee the end-to-end Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure all requirements are met.
- Manage and complete all PPAP documentation.
- Ensure all submissions comply with customer and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to drive PPAP approvals.
- Act as the main point of contact for PPAP-related issues and escalate challenges when needed.
- Push processes forward by following up with internal and external stakeholders to prevent delays.
- Identify and address roadblocks in the PPAP workflow to improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of managing PPAP processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep things moving.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, comfortable working with different teams.
