Project Controller
You'll be joining a top provider of infrastructure services throughout NSW, dedicated to supporting regional and rural communities. As part of a global organisation with over 25,500 employees, you'll be contributing to the mission of supporting regional growth while maintaining and improving critical infrastructure
About the Role:
You will create project schedules are ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to the overall success of the project. A key aspect of your role will be managing all purchasing activities including creating purchase orders, accruals, and reviewing all financials.

- Preferably Dubbo, NSW but open to Orange, NSW
- Initial 3-month contract with transition to a permanent role
- Rate up to $80 P/H

About the Role:
You will create project schedules are ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to the overall success of the project. A key aspect of your role will be managing all purchasing activities including creating purchase orders, accruals, and reviewing all financials.
Duties:
- Direct daily administration to the MPM projects team and work programs.
- Manage purchasing processes, including creation and closure of purchase orders, invoice processing, reporting on invoice variations, and resolving disputes with contractors.
- Create and distribute documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Support Planning Manager in tasks that control the tracking of successful project planning, deliverables and QA outcomes
- Review all finances, collaborating with the Project Manager to manage end-of-month processes and reporting.
- Experience within Project Coordination/Administration/ Controlling
- Computer proficient and able to pick up new systems/software’s.
- Understanding of purchasing and accrual processes
- Ability to prioritise and meet short deadlines.
