2XM Recruit are now seeking a Junior Business Development Manager in Brooklyn on a permanent basis.
Role: Junior Business Development Manager Location: Brooklyn based (travel across all Melbourne) Job type: Permanent Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus Super plus car plus quarterly bonus Responsibilities:
Travel around Melbourne to maintain strong relationships with existing accounts by regularly visiting clients on-site and addressing their evolving equipment needs.
Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calls, cold visits, networking events, and industry-related functions, introducing the company’s services to prospective clients.
Provide personalised customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with the equipment and services offered, and promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional equipment or services to maximise revenue from current accounts.
Research and identify potential markets and industry segments that would benefit from the company's equipment and services.
What you need:
1-2 years sales experience in equipment hire space or similar industry
A self-motivated mindset
Australian Driving Licence
