2XM Recruit are actively seeking a Project Admin Intern on a contract basis in Smithfield.

Role: Project Admin Intern
Location: Smithfield
Job type: Contract end of Sep 25, 29 hours
Rate: $35 p/h plus Super
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Initially shadow Service Technicians to gain understanding of business and parts
• Experience hands on training within Engineering workshops and on selected product lines
• Maintains up to date records for Conditional Parts Fall out rates and provides recommendations for improvements
• Delivers value add in the improvement of Parts & Service projects Assist in populating Fleet Tool
• Analyses the available operational data to assist forecasting Spare Parts and improvements for inventory planning and management

 
Experience needed:

• 3rd or 4th year student studying Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Planning Engineering
• Medium proficiency level in MS office (especially excel)
