The Role:
We are seeking a proactive HR/Office Support person to join their exceptional team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our clients office operations, ensuring that their HR functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will be involved in various HR activities, administrative tasks, and office support functions, playing a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including , on-boarding, off-boarding and employee relations.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Book and schedule training, medicals, and other requirements.
  • Issue uniforms for PPE
  • Coordinate and support HR initiatives and company events.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide excellent customer service.
