Are you an experienced Electrical Fitter seeking a stable opportunity within a dynamic manufacturing environment? We have an exciting role available with our client, a leading plastic PVC piping manufacturer.
Role Overview:
As an Electrical Fitter in our client’s maintenance team, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems within a continuous process manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking for a stable career in a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Work effectively within a team to achieve maintenance goals.
Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment status.
Shift Options:
Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Afternoon & Night Shifts: 4 x 10-hour shifts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter in a continuous process environment.
Experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly with solid materials.
Demonstrated stability in previous roles.
Willingness to work on night or afternoon shifts is highly desirable.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
