Are you an experienced Diesel/Mechanical Fitter looking for a fantastic work-life balance? Key Responsibilities:
Service and repair a variety of customer trailer types
Perform major overhauls in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
Conduct mechanical repairs on braking systems, suspensions, and other components
Carry out regular service inspections and quality checks
Execute warranty work on new trailers
Rebuild suspension components
Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety in the workshop
Ensure precision and accuracy in all fabrication processes to meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical Trade Qualification (Heavy Diesel or similar)
Previous experience in heavy equipment repair and servicing
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Ability to operate various tools safely and efficiently
