Your Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair a variety of customer trailer types
- Conduct major overhauls in line with engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform mechanical repairs on braking systems, suspensions, and other trailer components
- Carry out regular service inspections and quality checks
- Complete warranty work on new trailers
- Rebuild suspension components
- Promote a culture of safety, adhering to all safety guidelines
- Maintain precision and accuracy in all fabrication processes to meet high-quality standards
- Mechanical Trade Qualification is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in heavy equipment repairs and servicing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ability to safely operate a variety of tools and machinery
- Must have full working rights in Australia
