Client Overview 2XM Recruit is proud to be partnering with the NSW Government based in Parramatta who are looking for Salesforce Business Analyst to facilitate and support the implementation and use of business systems and processes relating to the AMS Contract.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
Provide support to users of the AMS Contract IT system to minimise downtime through the timely rectification of any issues.
Maintain and monitor the register of issues relating to the use of the AMS Contract IT system, identifying any patterns and escalating to the appropriate business area for resolution.
Support the delivery of training to staff for the AMS Contract IT System to make sure it is easily understood to all users.
Provide expertise and advice to support the development of solutions to meet business objectives through the AMS Contract IT System
Work closely with the Manager and team to ensure effective use of IT and business systems relating to the AMS contract.
Experience:
12 months system experience.
Experience in Salesforce Administration.
Experience in Dataloader Desktop and Dataloader.io.
Experience in Mulesoft Integration Support.
You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
