About the Role: We’re looking for Qualified Boilermakers/Fabricators with proven experience in welding and fabrication who are motivated to contribute to a growing, stable company with strong values. You’ll be working in a well-equipped facility, collaborating with an experienced and supportive team on projects that deliver quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform metal fabrication, MIG welding, and assembly tasks with precision and care
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control guidelines
Operate tools and machinery to complete structural fabrication projects
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Take ownership and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or Equivalent
Proven experience in MIG and other welding methods
Familiarity with structural steel fabrication and heavy machinery
A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Ability to read technical drawings and adhere to quality standards.
Forklift license preferred but not essential.
Own welding gear (helmet & gloves)
Full working rights in Australia
