Admin & Procurement Assistant – Industry Leader
Are you an experienced Admin & Procurement professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a well-respected company? One of our long-standing clients, known for their excellence in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated Admin & Procurement Assistant to join their team.

- Perform general administrative duties, including managing stock levels, greeting visitors, booking flights, and organising events.
- Process procurement tasks, such as obtaining supplier quotes, raising purchase orders, and following up on deliveries.
- Check and upload bills, invoices, and receipts in the accounting system.
- Raise and manage work orders in the maintenance management system.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of client materials.
- Perform timely checks and reconciliation of staff timesheets and attendance.
- Generate and upload invoices to client portals.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in creating client invoices is preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License.
- A proactive, reliable, and motivated team player with a sense of humour and strong work ethics.
