This vacancy is available for an immediate start.
The role of a Stores person is to accept deliveries, store goods received and coordinating the logistics of parts and materials to and from clients. This role requires a number of sustained postures along with gross motor movements (to operate machinery and forklifts).
Criteria;
- Previous Australian experience in a similar role - warehousing, receiving goods and picking
- Some light to medium lifting of parts
- Forklift license (essential)
- High level of attention and concentration to correctly identify and verify goods and to ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
- Understanding of and insight into Occupational Health and Safety requirements
