Our client is a large leading D&C commercial builder/developer, who offers ongoing Property asset management services of the highest calibre. They have built a solid reputation within the property industry over the past 20 years and possess a portfolio of credible clients within the Residential, commercial, retail sectors.

They have a solid project book for the next 10 years locked away and are now looking for an exceptional Site Supervisor to join the team.

Reporting to the Project Manager and the Construction Manager, the Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that all site activities are efficiently run, documented, and implemented according to company standards.  They will oversee sub-contractors onsite ensuring they are delivering aspects of the project to required standards and in good time. Will cover projects with construction values from $20m - $150m.  Our client is looking for a Site supervisor who can work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
You will play an integral role to help drive and take the business into its next era.

To be considered you must have experience in the following:
  • Trade Qualified (carpentry or similar)
  • Minimum 10years local (NSW) experience in similar role
  • Oversee, manage, and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end
  • Effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, Manage staff, and equipment
  • Delivery of projects safely, efficiently, and effectively through meeting the project success criteria of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety, and process compliance
  • Maintain the construction program
  • Carry out safety audits, toolbox talks, quality ITPs and site coordination meetings
  • Provide practical solutions to daily on-site challenges and obstacles
  • Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviours are aligned with business vision and values
  • Proven experience in delivering residential construction projects $20M  
  • Strong experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace
  • Experience using MS Projects (desirable)
